This is a silver double sided ring made from a 1941 U.S. Silver Half Dollar. It is a handmade item from a coin that was put into circulation 77 years ago. The pictures are of the listed ring. It is a size 10 in U.S. sizing. Band width is 9.5mm. I can size this ring up to 14 or down to a size five at customers request. Please contact me when you order and allow for an additional two days shipping time if you wish to have the size modified.
I offer one free resizing, I understand we change over time. The only cost for you is the shipping. On coin rings that have a patina or finish I also offer one free refinish, again the only cost for you is the shipping. Any patina or finish will change with normal wear and polishing. This is a nice option where I will strip polish and refinish the ring returning it to you with that new ring feel.
I really want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is anything about the ring that does not meet your expectations and I am unable to solve the issue you may return it for a full refund.
Some things unique to coin rings. The rings I make are from circulated coins so no two will be exactly alike. Wear patterns and dings from circulation, patina if applied will be unique to the coin. Also, with coin rings an inner lip is formed where the reeded edge of the coin is. This causes a difference in size of opening, I measure coin ring size from the smaller aperture. Larger size bands tend to be flatter and smaller size rings will have a more rounded appearance.
